Terms and Conditions for ACF Consultant’s iPod Touch Promotional Offer.
- The Gift offered is an iPod Touch (8GB, region-specific).
- The offer ends on 31st March 2010.
- The offer is limited to a two-day or three-day seminar; one-day seminars are excluded from this promotion.
- The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Neither is the value of the Gift redeemable against the price of a seminar.
- In the event that the Gift becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond ACF Consultant’s control, ACF reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same value as the original Gift.
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
- To the fullest extent permitted by the law, ACF Consultants (including its affiliates, officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, loss of opportunity revenue or profit) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, the following:
a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference;
c) any variation in prize value to that stated in these terms and condition
d) any tax liability incurred by a recipient; or
e) use of a prize
- ACF Consultants may in its absolute discretion suspend, cancel or re-commence the promotion if for any reason a seminar is not capable of running as planned.
- Payment for the seminar must be received in full 14 days prior to the seminar start date.
- It is the responsibility of the delegate to collect the Gift on the last day of the seminar. ACF Consultants will not take responsibility for posting the Gift. In the event a delegate is unable to collect the Gift on the last day of the seminar, it will be the responsibility of the delegate to make arrangements to collect the Gift from the offices of ACF Consultants.
